冷卻範圍（wéi）5℃~35℃。不鏽鋼SUS304保溫水箱。P.I.D溫度控製，控溫準確可靠（kào）。 PC板故障指示，當發生故障時，可（kě）準確檢測故障（zhàng）異常。采用獨立防凍溫度控製器，防止結冰。壓縮機及水泵（bèng）都配有過載器。高（gāo）低（dī）壓開（kāi）關控製，靈活可（kě）調，精（jīng）準保護壓縮機（jī）。殼管式冷凝器，導熱快，換熱效果更佳。螺旋式殼管蒸發器，換熱量大，換熱效（xiào）果穩定。冷媒（méi）選用R22，也可以選配環保冷媒R410A。

HCM-W係列工業冷（lěng）水機主（zhǔ）要應用於塑（sù）膠成型機械的模俱冷卻，能（néng）精確控製模具溫度，縮（suō）短注塑周期，加速產品定形，提高塑膠（jiāo）製品表麵光潔度，減少塑膠（jiāo）製品表麵紋痕和內應力，使產品不縮水、不變形。其還適用於電鍍業、食品業、電子製（zhì）造業（yè）、漂染業、超聲波機械冷卻等方（fāng）麵。

HCM-W series of water cooled industrial chillers is mainly used in cooling molds made by plastic molding machines. This product can accurately control mold temperature, shorten injection cycle and accelerate product shaping, improve the surface finish of plastic products, reduce surface marks and internal stress on plastics, make sure the product neither shrink nor deform. It also applies to the plating industry, food industry, electronics manufacturing, dyeing industry, ultrasonic mechanical cooling and so on.
