冷卻範圍5℃~35℃。不鏽鋼（gāng）SUS304保溫水箱。P.I.D溫度控製（zhì），控溫（wēn）準確可靠。 PC板故障指示（shì），當發（fā）生故障時，可準確檢測故（gù）障異常。采用獨立防凍（dòng）溫度（dù）控製器，防止結（jié）冰。壓縮（suō）機及（jí）水泵都配有過載器。高低壓開關控製（zhì），靈活可調，精準保護壓縮（suō）機。殼管式（shì）冷凝器，導熱快（kuài），換熱效果更佳。螺旋（xuán）式殼管蒸發器，換熱量大，換（huàn）熱效果穩定（dìng）。冷媒選用R22，也可以選配環保冷媒R410A。

HCM-W係（xì）列工業冷水機主要應用於塑膠成型機械的模俱冷卻，能精確控製模具溫度，縮短注塑周期，加速產品定形，提高（gāo）塑膠製品表麵光潔度，減少塑膠製（zhì）品表（biǎo）麵紋痕和內（nèi）應力，使產品不（bú）縮水、不變形。其還適用於電鍍（dù）業、食品業、電子製造業、漂（piāo）染業、超聲波機械（xiè）冷卻等（děng）方麵。

HCM-W series of water cooled industrial chillers is mainly used in cooling molds made by plastic molding machines. This product can accurately control mold temperature, shorten injection cycle and accelerate product shaping, improve the surface finish of plastic products, reduce surface marks and internal stress on plastics, make sure the product neither shrink nor deform. It also applies to the plating industry, food industry, electronics manufacturing, dyeing industry, ultrasonic mechanical cooling and so on.
